We are a civil engineering contractor specializing in A, B, S, E and U Permit work for residential and commercial construction. We serve the greater Los Angeles area for private, public, prevailing wage, and low income housing projects. With over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, O.L. Development takes pride in meeting and exceeding the needs of our clients. We work in close cooperation with our clients, city officials, and experienced subcontractors to ensure your project is completed on time, on or below budget, and that you are truly satisfied with the results.

our president
I would like to take the opportunity to thank you for taking the time to visit O.L. Development’s newly launched website.
In 2005, O.L. Development was founded in order to provide developers streamlined contracting services and subcontract work in the commercial and industrial industries.
In addition to the website, O.L. Development has done a lot of growing over the past year. We launched a new landscaping division, developed our storm drain and underground utilities division, and expanded our offices to meet the increasing industry demands.
Even though we are constantly developing, our emphasis on being a family owned business that you can rely on has not wavered. Our core values of accountability, honesty, and quality work are still our number one focus.
The most fundamental part of O.L. Development is our employees. We have loyal employees, many who have been with O.L. Development since day one. Our people care about job quality and take the extra step to ensure correctness of work.
As a personal guarantee, all work will receive my personal attention. I provide jobsite management, outside the box problem solving, construction scheduling, and continuous communication with the owner/contractor. I am proud of and value the relationships that I have gained with City Officials, inspectors, and the companies we have worked with. It is my goal, as well as the goal of all our employees, to give our customers professional quality work and do the best job possible.
Since its inception, O.L. Development has completed hundreds of projects in the greater Los Angeles area. We have continually exceeded client expectations as evidenced by our loyal customer base that has been instrumental to our growth.
