Jordan Levin brings 14 years of hands-on construction field experience and nearly two decades of leadership at OL Development. Starting as a general laborer in 2006, he rose through the ranks to become CEO after his brother’s retirement, guiding the company into a new era of growth and modernization. With over 2,500 completed infrastructure projects, Mr. Levin has personally overseen the installation of thousands of feet of sewer pipe, electrical conduit and vaults, sidewalks, curb and gutter, and asphalt streets. He is highly skilled in managing complex urban utility work in narrow, high-traffic corridors requiring coordination across multiple agencies and districts.
