(A and B Permits)
A Permits typically cover minor improvements like driveways, sidewalks, and curb repairs, while B Permits involve larger, more complex infrastructure work such as street widening, storm drains, and traffic signal installations.
Underground Wet and Dry Utilities
(S, SD and U Permits + County Flood Control Permits)
Underground Wet and Dry Utility Permits (S, SD, and U Permits), covering the installation of sewer (S), storm drain (SD), and utility (U) systems beneath public rights-of-way. These critical infrastructure components are essential for safe, reliable water, power, and data services. We also handle County Flood Control Permits with precision, ensuring all drainage systems align with regional flood management standards to protect communities and infrastructure.
Street Lighting
(B and E permits)
B Permits apply to public improvements, including street lighting systems tied to larger developments, while E Permits are specific to electrical installations within the public right-of-way, often for temporary or specialized power needs.
Traffic signal
(B-Permits and LADOT index plans)
Traffic Signal B Permits, which cover the design and installation of traffic signal systems required for new developments or public improvements. These projects follow LADOT Index Plans, which are standardized, pre-approved signal design templates that ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance with city regulations.
